The Mount Hebrom garbage dump gets the detritus of Israeli colonies, but it is also the only source of survival for 200 Palestinian families around the village of Yatta. Stories of teenagers such as Harum and Ibrahim or adults like Yusuf and Badawi expose the daily struggle for survival and the shattering reality of occupation. A violent struggle that underscores other dramas depicted in the film, such as the plight of a woman unable to reunite with her family in Jordan, a son who has sold his land to the Jews and the parents who long to see their children out of the dump.
