Each evening during the festival films in Première Brasil competition are screened at Estação NET Gavea 4 and 5, while films in New Trends screen in Estação NET Gavea 1.The films then screen the following afternoon, followed by the directors, actors and crew members taking part in an open discussion with the audience.

In 2024, the debates for the main competitive section of Première Brasil took place each afternoon at the Cine Odeon - CCLSR, while the Estação NET Rio hosted the talks for New Trends and The State of Things.
