Billy Elliot and its director dance into the Complex do Alemão

Director Stephen Daldry, who is in Rio to shoot his latest film Trash, will visit Cine Carioca in the Complex do Alemão on Wednesday afternoon to present Billy Elliot to a young audience as part of Generations. 

On Friday, Daldry’s producer on Trash, Kris Thykier, will offer a case study on how the UK-Brazil co-production was put together with O2 Filmes. Andrea Riberio, founder of O2, will also be on the panel.
