This Friday at the festival we’ve many special events for you to enjoy.
At 7pm, at the Estação NET Botafogo 1, Italian director Giuseppe M. Gaudino presents his work Per amor vostro, awarded a prize in Venice this year. He will be accompanied by screen-writer Isabella Sandri and producer Dario Formisano.
At the same time, at the Kinoplex São Luiz 2, director Juan Schnitman and producer Barbara Franciscowill be introducing romantic drama The Fire.
A little later on, at 7.15pm, at the Centro Cultural Banco do Brasil, one of our special guests, the American director Hal Hartley will take his leave from the festival this year, but not before introducing his classic film Simple Men (pictured).
