In the morning Mareliz Rodrigues, an experienced child cast coach, actress and acting teacher, will offer a fun and educational approach to learning acting for children. Mareliz will use techniques adapted for young talent, helping them to explore creative expression, develop improvisation skills and gain confidence on stage. With playful and dynamic activities, children will have the opportunity to discover the pleasure of acting while honing their communication and interpretation skills
In the afternoon RioMarket Jovem will come to a close with the screening of the short produced by participants during the festival.
Later there will be a Cosplay competition. Much more than just a costume for dressing up, cosplay is the construction of the character's outfit down to the smallest detail, which is often produced by the cosplayers themselves. In addition, gestures and body and facial expressions are reproduced to match.
Those involved in the making of the film “Perfekta”, will explore its main themes, inspirations and creative process behind the camera. The development of the script, the choices made by the director and cast, the difficulties faced during the shoot, and how the film reflects current issues will all be touched on. The panel will also discuss how the film was received by the public and if expectations were met or not.
RioMarket’s activities for 2024 will come to a close with a screening of “Enjoy the Ride” followed by a discussion presentation exploring its main themes and the creative process.
