Day breaks in Venice Beach, California. Every morning, homeless people who live on the beach, wake up and must tidy up the place where they spent the night. As the sun rises, their voices express different visions of the world. Every morning they repeat this ritual, like the Myth of Sísiphus, and it seems as though nothing has changed. However, little by little, the seaside neighbourhood they consider home, and the country in which they live, are are changing in a strange and frightening manner.
