LUKE works hard as a mechanic alongside his idle dad. As a single father to his unruly 5-year-old son he has a lot of responsibility thrust upon his young shoulders. To let off steam, he has meaningless hookups with local women he meets on Tinder. But when he stumbles across an underground Asian club in East London, he has a chance encounter with the alluring Aysha.
Sally El Hosaini e James Krishna Floyd
Sally El Hosaini is a writer/director. Her acclaimed debut feature, My Brother the Devil, (2012), premiered at Sundance and played at over 40 international festivals. Following this, she directed the final 3 episodes of the TV series Babylon (2014) and the film The Swimmers, nominated for the BAFTA. James Krishna Floyd is an actor, writer and director. Unicorns is his filmmaking debut and his third collaboration with Sally El Hosaini.
