The story of Touko Laaksonen, better known as Tom of Finland, one of the most iconic homosexual artists of the 20th century. After the trauma of being in the military during World War II, Touko finds no peace, even at home, where he lives with the anguish of hiding his homosexuality. As his personal secrets and police violence jeopardize his life, Touko, inspired by the same uniforms that oppress him, creates explicit drawings of muscular men in sexually uninhibited situations. 2017 Tribeca Festival.
