Trailer

A sinister fable on the coming of age, this is the story of Arbor, a 13 year old boy who does not go to school and lives on the fringes of society. He and best friend Swifty meet Kitten, an old garbage collector. By means of a horse-driven cart, they collect scrap metal to help the garbage collector. While Swifty handles the horse, Arbor seems more interested in developing a friendship with Kitten and making money. Soon, though, Arbor starts feeling left out, which only fuels his greed and intensifies the tension between the three characters. Directors’ Fortnight, Cannes 2013.
