Socially engaged Justine joins a radical group to carry out a noble mission: to stop illegal deforestation on a small Peruvian jungle, an activity which is endangering the life of an isolated Amazon tribe. Armed with good intentions and cell phone cameras, the group flies to Latin America with faith in their cause. But their euphoria soon becomes tragedy when the plane crashes in the middle of the jungle. Now, they will serve as dinner for the people they planned to help. Eli Roth
Born in Massachusetts, US, he graduated in film at NYU. His directorial debut was Cabin Fever (2002). Three years later, he released his most successful feature, Hostel (2005), which originated the sequel Hostel: Part II (2007), both shown at the Toronto Festival. In 2013, he release the Netflix series Hemlock Grove.
