Reeve's rise to becoming a film star, follows with a near-fatal horse-riding accident in 1995 that left him tetraplegic. Paralysed from the neck down the iconic actor of the Superman franchise became a charismatic activist for spinal cord injury treatments and disability rights.
Ian Bonhôte e Peter Ettedgui
Peter Ettedgui's and Ian Bonhôte's creative partnership began with McQueen (2018), a documentary that they wrote and directed about iconic British fashion designer Alexander McQueen. The production was nominated for two BAFTAs — Best British Film and Best Documentary — and afterwards they co-directed the documentary Pódio para Todos (2020), focussed on the history of the para-Olympic movement.
