Arnaud Desplechin
French filmmaker born in 1960, he has been building work based on family dramas since the 1990s. La Sentinelle (1992), My Sex Life... or How I Got into an Argument (1996), Kings and Queen (2004), A Christmas Tale (2008), and My Golden Days (2015) Ismael's Ghosts (2017) and Brother and Sister (2022) are some of the highlights of his work, whose value is so recognised in contemporary French authorial cinema.
