French director and screenwriter born in 1976, Alice Winocour has directed three award-winning shorts and scripted Home (2008), Ordinary People (2009), and Mustang (2015). Her debut feature Augustine (2012) premiered at the International Critics' Week at the Cannes Film Festival. Then she directed Disorder (2015) and Proxima (2019).
