​Olga, a Russian aristocracy immigrant and member of the French Resistance, is arrested by the Nazi police for hiding Jewish children. In prison, she meets Jules, an officer who is in charge of her case, and promises to release her in exchange for sexual favors. She agrees, but sees her plan collapse when she is transferred to a concentration camp. To her surprise, she crosses paths with Helmut, a high-ranking the German SS officer, who was madly in love with her when they were young - and still feels the same.
