Thana, a once-illustrious architect, drifts into an existential crisis, propelled by the impending demolition of his proudest work and his wife’s waning romantic interest. Unexpectedly he runs into his childhood pet elephant Pop Aye in the streets of Bangkok. He spurs on a quest across Thailand to return his friend to his home, rural small village Loei. As they saunter, they encounter fellow lost souls, like a man yearning for his first love and a karaoke singer aching for a friend. Best screenplay at Sundance 2017 and Big Screen Award at Rotterdam 2017.
