Two prisoners, veteran Tatang and young, impudent Daniel, are part of an underground operation which utilizes inmates as professional hit men. Their position as inmates makes for perfect alibis, as they carry out crimes orchestrated by a mob that involves gangsters, penitentiary agents and corrupt government officials. But when a politician is killed during his campaign, policeman Francis is slated to investigate the case. He then discovers a web of intrigue which may lead to tragedy. Based on a true story.
