Mario Martone
Italian filmmaker born in 1959, Mario Martone began his career as a stage director. His first feature film, Death of a Neapolitan Mathematician (1992), was awarded at the Venice Film Festival. His filmography includes Nasty Love (1995), Lulu (2001), Leopardi (2014), Capri-Revolution (2018), and The King of Laughter (2021).
