Kelly Reichardt
Born in Miami, in 1964. She has directed shorts such as Then a Year (2001) and Travis (2004). Her first feature length film, River of Grass (1994), was featured at Berlin and Sundance. For Old Joy (2006), she won the best film award at Rotterdam. In 2008, she directed Wendy and Lucy, presented at the Un Certain Regard section of Cannes. With Meek’s Cutoff (2010), she made into Venice and Toronto film festivals.
