Miúcha, the anti-muse of Bossa Nova, crosses the 60s and 70s facing the pains and the twists and turns of the dream of becoming a singer. In her journey, she lives with the so-called "great men": she is João Gilberto's wife, Vinícius de Moraes' pupil, Chico Buarque's sister, Tom Jobim's companion, the voice that accompanies Stan Getz's sax, and a performer with Pablo Milanés. At the pace of a road movie, between New York, Paris, Mexico City, and Rio de Janeiro, the film reveals the mishaps of this Latin American woman trying to establish her voice in showbiz.
