A film about the Troisgros family and their three restaurants: Troisgros, Le Central and La Colline du Colombier, located in France. Troisgros, a restaurant founded 93 years ago, has had three Michelin stars for 55 years and in 2020 was awarded a green star for exemplary sustainable practices. The present chef, César Troisgros, is the fourth generation of the family to direct it. The film shows the day-to-day operations involving shopping, preparation and service at this famous restaurant. Screened at the 2023 Venice Film Festival.

He received numerous awards, including an honorary Oscar in 2016 and four Emmys. He directed films such as Hospital (1970), The Last Letter (2002), At Berkeley (2013), National Gallery (2014), In Jackson Heights (2015) and Ex Libris – New York Public Library (2017).
