Susanna Lira, Barney Lankester-owen
Lira graduated in journalism, specialising in documentary directing, and did a master’s in human rights. She is one of the owners of Modo Operante Produções and directed films such as Positive (2010), best documentary at the Rio Film Festival, and Samba Ladies (2013). Lankester-Owen went to Oxford University and did a master’s at Ecole Normale Superieure in Paris. He produced the documentary series An Idiot Abroad (2011). He is one of the owners of Flow Films.
