Janeau Trudel, a young boy with a talent for hockey, loses his encourager mother in tragic circumstances. He and his father move to another town. There he joins the school team through goalie Julie’s insistence. Goaded on by the obstinate young girl who is virtually the team’s captain, Janeau is going to face challenges. Time is short to assemble the team that will represent Canada in an international contest. There is a lot of competition among the players, which is mirrored outside the courts, in the families. Overcoming obstacles is central in order to obtain positive results.
