In the 1980s, Elisabeth goes through a crisis after being abandoned by her husband. She, who has never worked, needs to find a job to support her two teenage children and gets a job as a telephone attendant on a late-night radio show. Daily she listens to confessions from people around the city and ends up touched by a young woman in a difficult situation. Official selection of the 2022 Berlin Film Festival.
