Caroline is retired and has a new life ahead of her, with more time to care for her children, her husband, and most of all herself. However, her well-earned freedom also brings about boredom and idleness, and, with a little incentive from friends, she becomes a member of a seniors club in order to occupy her free time. There, she makes new friends, breaks her own rules and tries her hand at a second youth when she takes up a new younger lover.
