Laureana dreams of being a boxer in La Suprema, a Colombian Caribbean town erased from the maps, to the extent that it even lacks electricity. When she finds out that her estranged uncle will be boxing for the world title in Venezuela, in an event to be broadcast live on television, she mobilizes the community to supply electricity and a television in the main square so they can watch the fight.

Colombian writer and director, co-founder of Cumbia Films. He received awards at different festivals for his short films Mañana (2009), Unlucky's Luck (2016) and La Cachera (2019). Casting director and associate producer of El Piedra (2018). La Suprema is his first feature film.
