One year after the death of his father, the young theatre director Victor returns to the city of Buenos Aires. He is hoping to reunite his old theatre company and adapt Shakespeare’s Love’s Labour’s Lost for radio. Upon discovering that his girlfriend Paula has disappeared, Victor becomes involved with a string of women, amongst them Ana, who he flirts with by email, and Carla, someone he doesn’t know who awakens new feelings in the director. Increasingly confused, Victor’s new relationships become entangled with the play he is working on. Toronto and Locarno 2014.
Matías Piñeiro
Nasceu em 1982 na Argentina. Estudou e lecionou na Universidad del Cine em Buenos Aires. Dirigiu os longas The Stolen Man (2007), They All Lie (2009), exibido no Festival de Locarno, Viola (2012), vencedor de dois prêmios no Festival de Cinema Independente de Buenos Aires – BAFICI e o curta Rosalinda (2011). Em 2011, foi o recipiente do Radcliffe Institute Fellowship, da Universidade de Harvard.
