In Paris, in a secondary school in the 10th arrondissement, there is an ‘adaptation class’ for immigrant students between 11 and 15 years old to learn French. Some of these children, who have just arrived, know a few phrases in the language of their adoptive country. Others don’t know how to say a word. Their families come from all over the world: Ireland, Senegal, Morocco, Brazil and China. Some are fleeing persecution, others are just looking for a new beginning. From the same director as Since Otar Left, shown out of competition at the Rome Film Festival 2014.
