Hoping to leave his past in Tokyo, Nakagawa Katsu returns for the first time in five years to the small village where he was born. There, he works in a small porn theater, where he is responsible for publicizing the program. When the projectionist or his former colleague Miura recognize him, he persistently denies his true identity. The only good part of his life has been his relationship with Yoshie, the theater owner’s wife, who cheats on her husband openly. Things change when Katsu catches the former schoolmate having sex with his girlfriend in a public place.
