The weekend is approaching in a small town in Norway. Martin, thirty-something, imagines the monotonous lives of strangers in the windows near his office. Soon he begins to question his own life and feels that he needs to be alone in nature. The next day, he leaves his family behind and goes to the mountains. Through a surprise encounter with a hunter, an involuntary dive in a frozen lake, and his transformation into an eagle, Martin and his imagination will have to face up to their anxieties, dreams, neuroses and sexual fantasies.
