After provoking an accident while driving drunk, rich kid Carlo, 25 years old, is sentenced to one year of community service at a nursing home: Villa Bianca. Thus begins the account of an experience that will change his view on life.
Marco Risi
Born in Milan, son of director Dino Risi. He began his career as his uncle, Nelo Risi's assistant and later collaborated with directors like Duccio Tessari, Steno and Alberto Sordi. Contributed to scripts of his father's films and debuted as director with the documentary Appunti su Hollywood (1978). After making successful comedies, he concentrated on sociais e political questions, from 1987 onwards.
