Felix, an 11-year-old boy, struggles to adjust, after his mother moved to a new job in the United States. At the new school, he tries to focus on his studies and avoids the hated principal, Dr. Schmitt-Gössenwein. One day a group of bullies dare him to enter a room haunted by the former principal’s ghost. Caught by Dr. Schmitt-Gössenwein, Felix panics and accidentally shrinks the principal to a height of only 15 centimeters. While trying to figure out how to turn back to her original size, he discovers his has an even bigger problem on his hands.
