South Korea, the 1980s. When the military dictatorship reaches its height, Park Pyong-ho and Kim Jeong-do, National Security Agency bigwigs, hunt down a North Korean undercover spy. As they try to fulfill the mission, the two become increasingly aware of the dark truths of their own country. Screened at the 2022 Cannes Film Festival.
Lee Jung-jae
South Korean actor who gained international fame after the Netflix series Round 6, which earned him an Emmy. He was born in Seoul in 1972 and started acting in the 1990s. His acting breakthrough would come in the award-winning An Affair (1998). He also starred Il Mare (2000), Typhoon (2005), The Housemaid (2010), New World (2013), and The Face Reader (2013). Hunt is his first feature film as a director.
