Two women called Helen live in Troy, New York. Whilst one Helen, who is about 70, lives with her husband Roy and looks after a strangely realistic doll as though it were a real baby, the other is pregnant and she and her boyfriend Alex are a successful duo in the art world. Over the course of four chapters, we are introduced to their lives, which are changed forever when a metorite hits the city. The two Helens now face a mysterious sequence of events. Rania Attieh, Daniel Garcia
Attieh was born in Lebanon in 1977 and studied at the City College of New York. Garcia was born in the US in 1979 and studied at NYU. They co-directed and produced several shorts. Their first feature was OK, Enough, Goodbye (2010), which won the Jury Prize at San Francisco Film Festival and the best new director award at Abu Dhabi Film Festival. In 2013, they directed Recommended By Enrique, shown at the Rio Film Festival.
