At the end of a tour gone wrong, punk rock band The Ain’t Rights decide to do one last show in a weird skinhead bar in a small city in Oregon. After the gig, when they get to the green room, the band encounter the scene of a murder that has just happened. Now, the sinister owner of the place and his henchmen intend not to let the witnesses out alive. What they don’t know is that the band isn’t going to give up so easily. Shown at the Director’s Fortnight at the Cannes Film Festival 2015.
Jeremy Saulnier
He lives and and works in Brooklyn, New York. He began his connection with cinema making Super-8 films as a child in the suburbs of Alexandria, Virginia. He studied film at NYU and his graduation film, Blue Ruin (2013), was shown at Cannes Director’s Fortnight, where he won the critics’ award. He also works as a director of photography, having done films such as Murder Party (2007) and Septien (2011).
