The Portuguese arrived in Brazil on Bahia’s coastline, and were welcomed by the Pataxós. Ever since, their lives have changed, but they continue to preserve their ancestral culture to live in their original communities.

Screenwriter, producer and director in Filmes que Voam. Among his work are Oração do Amor Selvagem (2015) and Amizade (2019). Em 2025, he will launch The Adventures of Makunaima for indigenous boys and girls.
