A small town in Fukushima’s exclusion zone seeks normality after the world's biggest nuclear disaster since Chernobyl. There, a teenage rocker, an experienced media activist, a conflicted TEPCO engineer and a horse breeder deal with the loss of their homes and the dangers of radiation. Each one, in its own way, faces a crucial question: to stay or to leave? A disturbing picture of the everyday life amidst an ongoing environmental disaster with repercussions far beyond Japan's borders and a reflection on the true cost of how we are leading our lives.
