Trailer
A violent and unruly man turns up wounded and with no memory in a riverside settlement. The community accuses him of theft and tries in vain to get him to recover his memory and return the money. A popular trial uncovers a drama involving domestic and gender violence, human trafficking and the misuse of public funds.
Eliane Caffé
Filmmaker from São Paulo. We can see in her work an experimental narrative interacting with real people including repertoires from their environments as groups with a distinctive voice. Beyond characters or scenarios these groups act in tandem with the technical team in the whole process of production. She is presently engaged in consolidating and producing "poliphonical" and "dialogical" cinema which reaches far beyond the recording sets.
