Marta is a botanical scientist who lives away from her roots, when she accepts a visit from Diná, a sweet and nosy old lady who desperately tries to penetrate her intimacy.

Editor of prize-winning Brazilian shorts, like A Barca (2019) and Chão de Fábrica (2021) for which she received the Best Editor award at the Festival of Brasília. Rift is the first fiction film she directs.
