South Korean pastor Seungeun Kim uses an underground network to rescue North Korean deserters who’ve crossed the Yalu River into China. Time is crucial, because when they are found by the Chinese authorities, clandestine travelers are returned and face severe punishment. The pastor hears about a family on the run, including two children and an elderly woman, and rushes to help.
