From inside Mount Vesuvius, Pulcinella, an unsensitive servant, is sent to what today is Campania to fulfil the last wish of Tommaso, a simple pastor: he needs to rescue a buffalo called Sarchiapone. At the Palace of Carditello, an abandoned residence in the heart of the Land of Fire (a region between the provinces of Naples and Caserta), Pulcinella meets the young buffalo. Together, the two servants embark on a long journey to a beautiful and lost Italy in order to finally find something very different to what they expected. Locarno 2015.
