When he accepts the role of ambassador for a famous conhaque brand celebrating its bicentenary, novelist Stéphane Belcourt returns to his hometown for the first time in many years. Arriving there, he gets to know the son of his first love. Memories flow back like an avalanche: irrepressible attraction, bodies becoming one in the heat of desire and a passion that can never be revealed.

Olivier Peyon

Olivier Peyon (1969, France) studied Economics in Nantes before starting his film career as production assistant in Paris. His first film was the short Promis, Juré (1996) and his second, Jingle Bells (1997), was selected for the Venice Film Festival. He made his feature film debut with Les Petites Vacances (2006) and was nominated for a César for the Best Documentary with How I Came to Hate Maths (2013). He also directed Life Beyond Me (2017).
