​Pierre works as a foreman at the factory of a multinational in the countryside of Misiones, an Argentine province, cutting down forests and planting pine trees to make paper. He spends his days between his hard work in the forest and a teenage rugby team that trains hard. Then he falls in love with Ana, a teacher from the countryside who is concerned about the problems for people caused by careless use of pesticides. He tries to remain indifferent, but a revolt begins and Pierre finds himself forced to take sides.​
