In this rich, diverse and complex film, Latin directors discuss in 11 short films the impact of truancy in Latin America. In seven countries, these narrators explore the reasons why almost half of high school students do not graduate. A kaleidoscope of stories about poverty, violence, misunderstanding, generational adjustment, the power of nature and the various factors that deprive adolescents of their right to study. Gael García Bernal was creative director of the project, which involved directors such as Argentine Lucrecia Martel and Brazilians Flavia Castro and Erik Rocha. BAFICI 2015.
