The film discusses topics such as the dismantling of popular culture in Rio de Janeiro, racism, religious intolerance and other current dramas related to the largest popular festival on the planet.

He studied for a master's degree in Journalism at PUC-RJ, having defended in December 2018 the dissertation O que as Novelas Exibem Enquanto o Mundo se Transforma: Análise Temática das Produções da TV Globo no Período 1998-2018. Graduated in Social Communication, Bachelor in Journalism, School of Communication, Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (ECO / UFRJ).
